Track Your Order
Wondering when your Iron Filly order will arrive?
Every IRON FILLY piece is handcrafted in Australia and sent with care. Here's how to keep an eye on it once it's on its way.
Step 1 — Check Your Confirmation Email
When your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your Australia Post tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel's journey. Some customers may receive a SMS from Australia post as well.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, or search for an email from phoebe@ironfilly.com.au.
Step 2 — Track via Australia Post
If you have your tracking number, you can enter it directly on the Australia Post tracking page.
Step 3 — View Your Order Status
You can also check your order status any time through the link in your original order confirmation email — just tap View your order to see the latest update.
